The App itself does not possess any lending license and does not directly engage in financial activities such as loan approval, disbursement, or repayment management.
All financial services are independently provided by the licensed NBFC ZHARUKA FISCAL SERVICES PVT LTD (CIN: U65999WB1993PTC059421), duly registered with and authorized by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI). FinSahaya - Cash only serves as an information and technology intermediary to facilitate compliant loan processing.

The lender has designated and authorized ARCLAMP PRIVATE LIMITED to collect, store, verify, validate, and distribute the personal information required for loan processing and approval, as defined below.

When you apply for a loan or perform identity verification via FinSahaya - Cash, we may, with your explicit consent, collect the following categories of information:

• Identity Information: Name, date of birth, ID number, PAN card, facial recognition data, and identity documents — for identity verification, KYC authentication, and fraud prevention.
• Contact Information: Mobile number and email address — for account registration, OTP verification, notifications, and loan status updates.
• Financial and Banking Information: Bank account number, branch details, etc. — for loan disbursement and repayment verification.
• Employment Information: Occupation, employer name, and income level — to assess repayment ability and creditworthiness.
• Device Information: Device model, OS version, unique identifiers (e.g., Android ID, Advertising ID), IP address, and network status — for fraud prevention and system security.
• Advertising Identifier: Used for app analytics, advertising performance measurement, and anti-fraud detection.
